LEGAL NOTICE

A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Planning Board on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, starting at 7:00 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, New York, to consider the following applications:

BROWNELL SITE PLAN MODIFICATION, located on 578 Eleanor Road, is requesting approval for an existing landscape berm with a height of 3 feet, 16 feet in width and 78 feet in length. A secondary berm with a height of 6 inches, 10 feet wide and 30 feet in length was also installed prior to Planning Board approval.  Applicant is also proposing to relocate a preexisting shed on their property.  The property is owned by Erica Brownell and is zoned Residential.

VICTOR COMMERCE CAVA SITE PLAN, located at 400-441 Commerce Drive, applicant is requesting to modify the existing building facade to allow for a revised facade at the former Pi Craft tenant space.  Also included is the removal of the existing patio at the rear of the building and to provide for a new sidewalk connection. The property is owned by Benderson Development and is zoned Commercial.

AT&T CINGULAR, located at 795 Old Dutch Road, applicant is requesting to modify equipment on the existing 135-foot monopole tower and remove (1) surge arrestor, (3) TMA and (12) pipe to pipe clamps and install new antennas and equipment. The property is owned by Global Singal Acquisitions, Inc. and is zoned Light Industrial.

VASTA SITE PLAN MODIFICATION, located at 681 Phillips Road, applicant is requesting to modify the approved site plan (2020) to include the paved area that was installed, the current parking layout and drive aisles, the landscaping and screening changes and the stormwater system changes. The property is owned by Della Buscemi and is zoned Light Industrial.

COLYER PARK LOT #3 MODIFICATION, located at 6745 Colyer Crossing, applicant is requesting to revise the approved site plan to construct a single-family home with a proposed finished floor 3’ lower, and removal of the infiltration chamber for the downspouts. The property is owned by Dilip Paul and is zoned Residential.
