A public hearing will be held before the Village of Victor Planning Board on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at Village Hall, 60 East Main Street to consider:
The application of Lynaugh Road Properties, LLC for the Subdivision Plan for the Gullace Project of a 5.94-acre parcel to develop 15 single-family lots within the Village lands consistent with the current R-2 Residential Zoning District requirements.
A stormwater management facility and bio-retention area is proposed to be constructed to serve this development.
