CENTOLA SITE PLAN, located at Baker Road, is requesting approval to construct a single-family home on 2 acres. This was part of the Vincent Subdivision in 2024. The property is owned by Ron and Susan Centola and is zoned Residential.
BARBER SITE PLAN, located at Benson Road, is requesting approval to construct a single-family home on 18.2 acres. The property is owned by Patrick Barber and is zoned Limited Development District.
