NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
LOCAL LAW TO AMEND CHAPTER 211 ZONING TO ESTABLISH THE COMMERCIAL CENTER CC ZONING DISTRICT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE A Public Hearing regarding the Local Law being proposed to amend the Zoning Code to establish a new type of zoning district, which district would be entitled Commercial Center or "CC" and which district would impose dimensional and area requirements more appropriate to larger commercial sites, shall be held on November 24, 2025 at 7:00 PM EDT at the Victor Town Hall located at 85 E. Main Street, Victor, NY. The meeting will also be live streamed via YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/c/townofvictornewyork with text commenting available.
