GOOD LIFE COLLECTIVE, 100-1020 Eastview Mall, the applicant is requesting permission to put a Retail Cannabis Dispensary within the mall, the location is too close to the existing Flower City Dispensary. The parcel lies within the Commercial District and is owned by Eastview Mall, LLC.
O’CALLAGHAN, 6839 Valentown Road, the applicant is requesting relief of the side property setback for a proposed attached garage. The parcel lies within the Residential 2 District and is owned by Thomas O’Callaghan.
FLX DOG, 7275 SR 96, the applicant is seeking an area variance to operate a kennel on less than 2 acres, as well as install a fence forward of the frontline of the principal structure. The property lies within the Commercial/Light Industrial District and is owned by Farmer LED, LLC.
