LEGAL NOTICE
A public hearing will be held before the Village of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., in the Village Hall, 60 East Main Street, Victor, New York, to consider:
1.) The application of 2 West Main St./Northern Saporito Holdings, for an area variance to the Village of Victor Zoning Code to have one address sign which measures 48” wide by 26” tall. The proposed sign has an area of 8.67 sq. ft. where code allows a max of 4 sq. ft. for a professional nameplate. The parcel is located in the Village Center Business zoning district. See Section 130-3.
