A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY to consider the following applications.
DeMARIO, 766 Duck Hollow, the applicant is requesting an area variance to allow an existing 10 x 12 shed located on the property line. Whereas 5 feet is required as stated in section 211-20 (D). The parcel lies within the Residential 2 district and is owned by Stephen DeMario.
