A public hearing will be held before the Village of Victor Planning Board on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., in the Village Hall, 60 East Main Street, Victor, New York, to consider:
1.) The application of Mahoney Brenner LLP, located at 290 West Main Street. The proposed project will consist of constructing a 40’ x 80’ (3,200 square foot) single story office building to house their law firm. 8 parking spaces are proposed, including 2 ADA compliant spaces. An existing curb cut, water service, storm water collection, and sanitary sewer lateral will service the site. The parcel is located in the Gateway Corridor Business zoning district.
