HEYNEMAN, 3 Fishers Hill Top Road, seeking a use variance to utilize an existing barn as a second dwelling, this is not allowed by code. This parcel lies within the Limited Development District Zoning district and is owned by David/Diane Heyneman.
PITTENGER Shed, 1236 McMahon Road, seeking an area variance to place a shed 8 feet from the property line where 15 feet is required by code. The parcel lies within the Residential 2 district and is owned by Susan and Wesley Pittenger.
