COLLETT BERM SITE PLAN, located at 852 Brownsville Road, is requesting approval to construct a ten-foot-high earthen berm to combat noise and visual pollution emanating from traffic on I-90. The property is owned by Mitchell Collett and is zoned Residential.
FANTAUZZO GARAGE, located at 7700 Pine Tree Drive, is requesting approval to construct a 1,040 square foot garage with a height of 27’11”. The property is owned by Todd Fantauzzo and is zoned Residential 1.
