LEGAL NOTICE
Please take notice that the Village of Victor Board of Trustees passed a resolution at their March 17, 2025 meeting authorizing the Treasurer to transfer an amount not to exceed $260,000 from the Equipment Reserve Fund A232E to Account A1640.2 - Central Garage Fund for a new 2025 Plow Truck.
This transfer is subject to a permissive referendum. All petitions seeking a permissive referendum must be filed with the office of the Village Clerk, 60 East Main Street, Victor, New York within 30 days of the date of this notice.
