GUILFOIL MINOR SUBDIVISION, located on Strong Road, is requesting approval to create two lots from an existing 86.2 acres. Lot 1 will consist of 27.150 acres and Lot 2 will consist of 56.735 and Lot 3 will have 2.274 acres of land conveyed to the existing lot and house. The property is owned by Guilfoil Irrevocable Trust and is zoned Residential.
CHICK-FIL-A QUICK SERVE RESTAUARANT, located at 100-1020 Eastview Mall, is requesting approval to construct a 5,331-sf quick serve restaurant with a double lane drive thru and outdoor patio. This project is proposed on a 1.96-acre portion of land on the Eastview Mall parcel at the southeast corner. The property is owned by Eastview Mall LLC and is zoned Commercial.
