Notice of Public Hearings
1. Please take notice that the Village of Victor Board of Trustees will hold a Public Hearing on February 17, 2024, at 7:00pm at the Village Hall, 60 E. Main St., Victor, NY. The sole purpose of this Public Hearing will be to determine if the Village of Victor should enact a Local Law to override the tax levy limit established in General Municipal Law §3-c for the 2025-2026 Village Tax.
2. Please take notice that the Village of Victor will hold a Public Hearing on February 17, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the Village Hall, 60 East Main Street, Victor, New York regarding granting a cable television franchise agreement by and between the Village of Victor and Spectrum Northeast, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Charter Communications.
A copy of these documents are available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Village Clerk’s office, 60 East Main St., Victor, New York
