NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
STONE BROOK SUBDIVISION TOWN OF VICTOR DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT AREA EXTENSION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, on behalf of Woodstone Custom Homes, Inc., information was submitted for the Stone Brook Subdivision to be included in the Town’s Drainage Improvement Area; and
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Victor Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on February 10, 2025, at 7:00PM, at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY to consider this application and at which time all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written comments may also be directed to the Victor Town Clerk on or before 12:00PM on February 10, 2025. The meeting will also be live streamed via YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/c/townofvictornewyork with text commenting available.
