LEGAL NOTICE
RESOLUTION FIXING MEETING DATES
On motion of Commissioner Maher, seconded by Commissioner Heltz, the following resolution was ADOPTED AYES 4 (Carfagno, Dewey, Heltz, Maher) NAYS 0
Resolved, that the Board of Fire Commissioners hereby fixes the following days as and for the meetings of said Board during the calendar year 2025, i.e., the third Tuesday of each month. All such meetings shall be convened at 6:30 p.m., prevailing time, unless otherwise ordered by the Board of Fire Commissioners, and are to be held at Fishers Fire Station No. 2 located at 380 High Street in the Town of Victor, New York, until further notice. Additionally, such other meetings may be called as are deemed necessary by the Board of Fire Commissioners. The Secretary is to give proper notice of the below scheduled meetings of the Board so as to comply with the requirements of the Open Meetings Law. Listed below are the current meeting dates and times:

- Tuesday, January 21, 2025, 6:30 pm
- Tuesday, February 18, 2025, 6:30 pm

- Wednesday, May 21, 2025, 6:30 pm

Further notice – the 2026 Budget Hearing for the Fishers Fire District Board is scheduled for Tuesday, October 21, 2025. The Budget Hearing will commence at 6:30 pm, prevailing time and will be followed by the regular monthly meeting.
Further notice – the 2026 organizational meeting of the Fishers Fire District Board of Fire Commissioners is scheduled for the 1st Tuesday of January - 1/6/2026. This meeting will be held at Station 2 and commence at 6:30 pm, prevailing time.
