NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND PROPERTY ASSESSMENT LIST
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Victor Board of Trustees has scheduled a public hearing for December 16 at 6:45 P.M. in Victor Village Hall. The purpose of the hearing is to obtain citizens’ views and comments relative to the submission of an application to Empire State Development for financial assistance under the Restore NY Communities Initiative. This project proposes to rehabilitate a vacant commercial building to accommodate mixed-use retail and housing. The following property will be submitted for consideration: 5 West Main Street; 2,080 square feet, two-story, vacant former Victor Fire House [28.05-1-33.000] proposed for rehabilitation.
