NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF VICTOR - LARGE-SCALE SOLAR ENERGY SYSTEMS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Victor Town Board is considering the Solar Task Force’s proposed changes to the Victor Town Code to amend and/or repeal Chapter 103, Energy Systems and to amend Chapter 211 Zoning to regulate the development and placement of solar photovoltaic systems and facilities within the Town; and
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a Public Hearing regarding the proposed changes shall be held on December 16, 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY. Written comments may also be directed to the Victor Town Clerk on or before 12:00 PM on December 16, 2024. The meeting will also be live streamed via YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/c/townofvictornewyork.
