LEGAL NOTICE

A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Planning Board on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, starting at 7:00 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, New York, to consider the following applications:

POSTLER & JAECKLE EXPANSION, located at 51 Victor Heights Parkway, is requesting approval to construct a 20,200square foot addition to the western side of the existing building. The property is owned by 51 VHP LLC and is zoned Light Industrial.

STORYBOOK FARM VETERINARY ADDITION, located at 634 Rowley Road, is requesting approval to construct a 2,400 square foot expansion to their existing facility to provide additional space for patrons and staff.  The property is owned by Charle Lill and is zoned Commercial.

VINCENT MINOR SUBDIVISION, located at 104 Baker Road, is requesting approval to subdivide a 20.414-acre parcel into 2 lots.  Lot 1 will consist of an existing home with 18.345 acres and Lot 2 will consist of 2.069 acres The property is owned by Christopher Vincent and is zoned Residential.

NICKOLOFF SUBDIVISION, located on Blazey Road, is requesting approval to develop 42.4 acres into 8 lots with driveways coming off of Blazey Road. The property is owned by Keith Nickoloff and is zoned Residential.
