A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, November 4, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY to consider the following applications.
POSTLER & JAECKLE, 51 Victor Heights Parkway, the applicant is seeking an Area Variance to allow a Light Industrial structure within 100 feet of the adjacent Residential 2 District where §211-24 D. (7) states a 100-foot setback is required between any industrial structure and the boundary of a residential district. The property lies within the Light Industrial zoning district and the Route 96/251 overlay and is owned by 51 VHP LLC.
STORYBOOK FARMS, 634 Rowley Road, seeking an Area Variance for a front building setback reduction from the required 80 feet down to 73 feet as part of a building addition/renovation. The property lies within the Commercial Zoning District and the Route 96/251 Overlay and is owned by Charles and Ann Marie Lill.
