HEPT POND SITE PLAN MODIFICATION, located at 6755 Gillis Road, is requesting approval to modify the August 24, 2023, approved site plan. Proposed changes include separating the pump house from the dining sitting area, separating the waterfall feature from pump house, include a new retaining wall on north side of pond, include a gravel parking area, and a reduction in pond size. The property is owned by Accurate Acoustical Inc. and is zoned Residential 2.
