LEGAL NOTICE

A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, July 15, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY to consider the following applications.

BOESTER, 7622 Co Rd 42, for an Area Variance requesting side and rear setback reductions for an accessory structure (storage shed). The applicant is requesting a reduced side setback of 9 feet and a reduced rear setback of 7 feet. Accessory structures are address by §211-3.B.(5)(a). must comply with current dimensional area and height requirements of the district in which the property is located. The minimum required side and rear yards for the Light Industrial district is 30 feet per Schedule II Height and Area Requirements. The property lies within the Light Industrial district and is owned by Michale Boester. 

KAIER, 6420 Claremont Ct, seeking an area variance to allow a 200 square foot storage shed to be placed forward of the front line of the principal structure (house). Accessory structures are not permitted to be forward of the front line of the principal structure (house) per Town of Victor Code §211-31 G. (2). The parcel is a corner lot with two front lines. The property lies within the Residential 2 Zoning District. and is owned by Robert and Jeri Kaier.
