LITE COMS NEW BUILDING, located at 7321State Route 251, is requesting approval to construct a 20,000 +/- square foot building with associated utilities, drainage and 28 new parking spaces on a 9.7-acre parcel The property is owned by 7321 Victor Mendon LLC is zoned Commercial.
EASTVIEW MALL CHARGING STATIONS, located at 100-1020 Eastview Mall Drive, is requesting approval for a site plan modification to the approved plan on August 23, 2022, that was to utilize 20 parking spaces for 10 dual port EV Charging Stations. The modification proposed will use 40 parking spaces to install 10 dual port stations. The property is owned by Eastview Mall LLC and is zoned Commercial.
