UHAUL SELF STORAGE SITE PLAN, located at 8045 State Route 96, is requesting approval to combine the two tax parcels to facilitate the placement of prefabricated metal storage units totaling 13,600 square feet on the exisitng paved parking area. The property is owned by AREC 1, LLC is zoned Commercial.
TUFF SHED SITE PLAN, located at 7447 State Route 96, is requesting approval for the proposed Tuff Shed tenant to display units in the existing parking area, install material racking systems on east and south faces of the building and a new refuse enclosure. The property is owned by BLW Properties of Victor, LLC. and is zoned Commercial/Light Industrial.
TAMBE ELECTRIC PARKING EXPANSION, located at 614 Fishers Run, is requesting approval to construct the addition of twenty (20) parking spaces east of the existing parking lot that is located on the south side of the building. The property is owned by Michael Tambe and is zoned Light Industrial.
