WILKINS RV MINOR SUBDIVISION, located at 7447 State Route 96, is requesting approval to subdivide the 24.2-acre parcel into two lots. Lot 1 will consist of 3.4 acres and the existing one-story metal building that was Wilkins RV showroom. Lot 2 will consist of 20.7 and the rear one-story metal building. The property is owned by BLW Properties of Victor, LLC is zoned Commercial/Light Industrial.
LEHIGH CROSSING LOT 9, located at 7901 Lehigh Crossing, is requesting approval to construct a 33,600 square foot flex space bldg. to accommodate office, manufacturing and warehouse space for multiple tenants. The property is owned by Bluestone Creek Dev, LLC. and is zoned Light Industrial.
