A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, June 3, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY to consider the following applications.
MOBILE GRAPHICS, 7120 Lane Road, seeking a revision of a use variance modified and granted on 1/16/24. The revision is to change the approved square footage from 5,040 to 5,638 to include a second-floor mezzanine with bathroom. The property lies within the residential 1 and residential 2 zoning district and is owned by Lane Road Properties, LLC.
KENNEDY, 1191 Abbot Circle, seeking multiple Area Variances to allow a 6-foot-tall vinyl fence forward of the front line of the principal building (house) where § 211-41 states fences over two feet high shall not be erected nearer to a road than the front line of the principal building. The fence is also proposed within a drainage easement to the Town of Victor where §211-41 F. states fences shall not be installed in violation of restrictions on real property, including, but not limited to, easements, rights-of-way, bylaws, regulations, statutes, or other Town Code provisions. The parcel is a corner lot and therefore has 2 front lines. The property lies within the Residential 2 Zoning District. and is owned by Sean Kennedy.
