Project will consist of (2) private roads off the north side of Rawson Road .The property is owned by 7200 Rawson Road LLC and is zoned Planned Development District.
HIGHLINE PARK PDD, located at 7652 Main Street Fishers, is requesting approval to develop under the Clustering Provisions for 26 for-sale townhome lots, 1 HOA lot and 1 lot consisting of the three-apartment buildings. The property is owned by Morrell Builders, Inc. and is zoned Planned Development District.
HIGH POINT BUSINESS PARK BLDG 300 ADDITIONS, located at 211 High Point Drive, is requesting approval to construct two building additions to Building 300. Addition (1) will consist of 8,460 square feet on the southeast corner. Addition (2) will consist of 560 square feet on the west side. The additions will provide additional space to support the existing tenant and to create a dedicated entrance to this company.
