A public hearing will be held before the Village of Victor Planning Board on Wednesday, May 22, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., in the Village Hall, 60 East Main Street, Victor, New York, to consider:
1.) The application of VGM 14, LLC, for a Site Plan Modification at 14 Railroad Street. The applicant is proposing to add 2 windows to the lower level on the north wall along with a 632sq.ft. concrete patio with a roof. The parcel is located in the Southside Business Zoning District and is located at the lower level of the old Finn’s Tap Room and Party House. The space is to be used as event and rental assembly space.
