STONE PAVILION, located at 378 Bridlewood Lane, is requesting approval to construct a 16' x 16' attached A-frame pavilion. The property is owned by Mark Stone and is zoned Limited Development District.
92 FISHERS ROAD, located at 92 Fishers Road, is requesting approval for land clearing and grading that has already been done on the existing residential property. The property is owned by Lyjha Wilson and is zoned Residential 2.
HOWLING HILLS MINOR SUBDIVISION, located at 127 Blazey Road, is requesting approval to subdivide 57.614 acres into a 3 lot subdivision. Lot 1 will encompass the existing single-family home on 11.411 acres, Lot 2 will propose a new single-family home on 10.134 acres, and Lot 3 will remain undeveloped with the remaining 36.068 acres. The property is owned by Vossler Spousal Lifetime Access Trust and is zoned Residential 2.
