LEGAL NOTICE
A public hearing will be held before the Village of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., in the Village Hall, 60 East Main Street, Victor, New York, to consider:
1.) The application of Kevin Fleig/82 East Parkway, for an area variance to the Village of Victor Zoning Code to install a 30’w x 30’d x 17’ h pole barn. The property is located in the R-2 one family residential zoning district.
Pursuant to § 170-11 Mr. Fleig’s proposed detached garage is code compliant with the exception of one sub part. § 170-11 G. 2. Detached accessory buildings shall not exceed 12 feet in height. Mr. Fleig’s building height is proposed to be seventeen (17) feet in height. As stated by Mr. Fleig this structure will be the same height or less than that of his home and other homes in the neighborhood.
