NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING – 1086 STRONG ROAD SUBDIVISION TOWN OF VICTOR DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENT AREA
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE on behalf of Iversen Construction, information was submitted for 1086 Strong Road Subdivision to be included in the Town’s Drainage Improvement Area; and
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Victor Town Board will hold a Public Hearing on the January 22, 2024 at 7:00PM, at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, to consider this application and at which time all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written comments may also be directed to the Victor Town Clerk on or before 12:00 PM on January 22, 2024. The meeting will also be live streamed via YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/c/townofvictornewyork with text commenting available.
