A public hearing will be held before the Town of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Tuesday, January 16, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at the Victor Town Hall, 85 East Main Street, Victor, NY to consider the following applications.
ENDRES, 1027 Warters Cove, for an area variance to erect an 8-foot privacy fence along the southern (side) property line, whereas §211-41 states fences and supporting poles shall be limited to 6 feet from grade in residential districts. This parcel lies within the Residential 2 Zoning district and is owned by Dirk Endres.
