LEGAL NOTICE
TOWN OF VICTOR - NOTICE OF PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM REGARDING AUTHORIZATION FOR THE TOWN OF VICTOR TO PURCHASE REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1256 BRACE ROAD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that on December 18, 2023, the Town Board of the Town of Victor duly adopted a Resolution entitled “Authorization for the Town of Victor to purchase real property located at 1256 Brace Road” (the “Resolution”); and
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that said Resolution is summarized as follows: The Town Board of the Town of Victor, by said Resolution, hereby authorized the Supervisor to execute an agreement to purchase the Property at 1256 Brace Road for One Million dollars ($1,000,000.00) on the terms and conditions detailed in that certain Purchase and Sale Agreement between the Seller and Town and any and all transfer documents necessary to effectuate the purchase, transfer and acquisition of the Property from Seller.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that said Resolution is subject to permissive referendum – and a petition opposing said Resolution must be filed within 30 days after adoption of the Resolution.
