LEGAL NOTICE
Please take notice that the Village of Victor Board of Trustees passed a resolution at their December 18, 2023 meeting authorizing the Treasurer to transfer $55,000 from the Equipment Reserve Fund to the Central Garage Account to purchase a 2024 F250 Pickup truck.
This transfer is subject to a permissive referendum. All petitions seeking a permissive referendum must be filed with the office of the Village Clerk, 60 East Main Street, Victor, New York within 30 days of the date of this notice.
