LEGAL NOTICE
A public hearing will be held before the Village of Victor Zoning Board of Appeals on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., in the Village Hall, 60 East Main Street, Victor, New York, to consider:
1.) The application of Todd Campbell/63 Hillcrest Drive, for an area variance to the Village of Victor Zoning Code to build a 22’ x 22’ attached car garage with possible living space above with a 7’ breezeway between the house and garage. The property is located in the R-1 one family residential zoning district.
The applicant has 34’ from the existing house to the side lot which will only leave 5’ from garage to side lot. Pursuant to § 170-10 E (2) each side yard shall have a 15-foot setback or width.
