LEGAL NOTICE
A public hearing will be held before the Village of Victor Planning Board on Wednesday, July 26, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. at Village Hall, 60 East Main Street to consider:
The application of Lynaugh Road Properties, LLC for the Subdivision Plan for the Gullace Project of an approximately 5.94 acre parcel to develop 16 single-family lots consistent with the current R-2 Residential Zoning District requirements. A dedicated road, ending at a cul-de-sac, is proposed for access to the lots and will access Church St. across from Hillcrest Drive. Fourteen (14) lots will be accessed from the proposed road, with two lots accessed from Church St. A sidewalk will be constructed along the south side of the proposed road, and on the east side of Church St. ending at the East Parkway intersection. Utilities will include a proposed 8” watermain from Church St. to the cul-de-sac. A comprehensive stormwater management plan is proposed for the entire development.
This subdivision was approved January 29, 2020 with the condition that the infrastructure of the property be completed within 36 months from the date of the approval. This time limit has expired; therefore, the applicant is reapplying for the same subdivision approval.
